The mission of the Career Development Office (CDO) is to empower students and alumni to utilize their liberal arts education to gain self-understanding, identify their interests, and formulate a career plan. We strive to inspire, educate, and equip Sagehens for a purposeful and rewarding life.
The CDO is here to provide quality resources, services, and advising to help Pomona College students and alumni apply their liberal arts education and life experiences to a lifetime of fulfilling opportunities and throughout their career development. We are excited to work with students as they begin and continue exploring career paths.
Currently, students are welcome to drop-in Mon. - Fri. from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 3 to 4:30 p.m. Virtual and in-person appointments are also available. Our team will continue to support Sagehens virtually during the spring semester.
Pomona College is committed to providing and improving accessibility for all members of our community. "The CDO encouraged me to be open minded about my career path both in the short and long term. While I appreciated the interview prep materials and résumé reviews, the most important service the CDO provided to me was unwavering support and encouragement."
