CDO Mission

The mission of the Career Development Office (CDO) is to empower students and alumni to utilize their liberal arts education to gain self-understanding, identify their interests, and formulate a career plan. We strive to inspire, educate, and equip Sagehens for a purposeful and rewarding life. 

Our Services

The CDO is here to provide quality resources, services, advising and counseling to help Pomona College students and alumni apply their liberal arts education and life experiences to a lifetime of fulfilling opportunities and throughout their career development. We are excited to work with students as they begin and continue exploring career paths. 

Currently, students are welcome to drop-in Mon. - Fri. from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 3 to 4:30 p.m. Virtual and in-person appointments are also available.
