Franksgiving - Food by the Numbers

Franksgiving at Frank was a great success!  Here are the numbers just to give you an idea of the amount of food that was consumed:

•    6 Gallons Harvest Mushroom & Wheatberries Soup
•    90 lbs. Carved Beef Eye of Round
•    2 Gallons Au Jus
•    Turkey, White (Airliner)- 220 lbs. +  50 lbs. (Packout Turkey)
•    11 gallons Turkey Gravy
•    30 lbs. Tofurkey
•    2 gallons Tofurkey Gravy
•    300 lbs. Mashed Potatoes
•    50 lbs. Vegan Mashed Potatoes
•    180 lbs. Cornbread Dressing
•    220 lbs. Candied Yams
•    180 lbs. Roasted Butternut Squash with Apples, Dried Cranberries & Toasted Pecans
•    150 Green Bean Casserole
•    9 cases (864 ea.) La Brea Bakery Dinner Rolls
•    2 case Butterballs 
•    30 lbs. Cranberry Sauce
•    1 gallon Horseradish Sauce
•    4 gallons manufacturing cream, whipped
