Built in 1929 and located at the center of the Claremont Colleges, Frary is Pomona’s largest dining hall. It offers a rotating monthly menu with a variety of cuisines including a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian fare, innovative customizable dishes at the expo station, as well as traditional classic dishes. The grand dining room features Jose Clemente Orozco's famous Prometheus painting.
Frary is a peanut and tree nut-free facility.
Gluten Free Labeling
All items with the GF icon contain ingredients that are generally considered to be gluten free. However, due to varying manufacturing processes, some – such as maltodextrin and yeast extract - may not be suitable for those who have Celiac disease or gluten allergies or intolerances.
Items served at the Whole Eats station are “Big 9” allergen free and gluten free as per FDA standards. We are striving to produce wholesome dishes with as few additives and preservatives as possible, like maltodextrin and yeast extract. This notice is precautionary only and is intended to be a good faith effort and helpful to those who must avoid these additives. Please refer to the full ingredients lists on the online menu.
