Community Activist Engagement Activity

Pomona College believes in informed dialogue that is followed by action. The Community Activist Networking Event is the culmination of the three-day Symposium, and is intended to bring our community into greater partnership with activist and advocacy groups working in the region.

6 - 7 p.m.: The Hive will lead a planned activity in which representatives from community organizations will actively engage with students, staff, faculty and each other in identifying key challenges and possible ways to address those challenges through partnerships. Refreshments will be provided. Because of the nature of the collaborative activity, registration is required for participation in this event.
