WASC Senior College and University Commission

Pomona College has been accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges—Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) since 1949. In 2021, the college submitted its self-study under the Thematic Pathway for Reaffirmation (TPR), an alternative pathway reserved for institutions that consistently demonstrate "a healthy fiscal condition, strong student achievement indicators, and sustained quality performance."  The review resulted in the continuation of Pomona's accreditation for the maximum period of ten years.

Information about the College's accreditation status can be viewed on the WSCUC website. Campus inquires may be directed to Pomona's Accreditation Liaison Offier (ALO), Elizabeth Graham.
