The Pomona College Finance Office, located in the Pendleton Building, consists of Finance Operations and Financial Planning and Analysis. Finance Operations includes student accounts, payroll, and accounts payable. Financial Planning and Analysis oversees and administers the college budget.

During the stay-at-home order issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom, Finance Office staff will be working remotely. Workday and Kronos are both cloud-based systems and thus greatly facilitate our ability to continue to provide all essential services to the Pomona Community. Payroll will continue to be processed as per our existing bi-weekly and monthly schedules. Supplier invoices and expense reimbursements will be processed on a timely basis. All Finance staff will be responding to emails daily. Office phones will not be forwarded. Email addresses are available on “Our Staff” page. The cashier will be open on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
