We can assist with all facets of your department vehicle from Purchase to resale and everything in between. Below are some links to common issues we can assist you with. Maintenance
For all non warranty repairs and maintenance please take your department vehicle to GDA Enterprises. They are our contracted repair shop.

Bus Reservations
For bus reservations, please fill out our bus reservation form. Your request will be processed, and a member of the fleet management team will follow up with you.
Roadside Assistance
Each vehicle has been assigned an Encore Roadside Assistance Card. These cards are vehicle specific so they will only work for the vehicle for which they are assigned. If you need to have a College Owned Vehicle towed, jump started, or locksmith service, please call the number on the card to arrange for any of these services.
