Hudson Colletti '27 was classically trained at a young age and fell hard for the piano. The Pomona first-year student has since given others in his home state of Pennsylvania a chance to fall in love with the ivories too.
When Ernesto Gutiérrez Topete ’17 received his Ph.D. this past summer, he became the first Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship alumnus from the Claremont Colleges to achieve that goal. He will be teaching phonetics at Pomona.
