Washington, D.C. Chapter

Saturday, April 6, 2024 | 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Rock Creek Park - Picnic Grove #24

The Washington, D.C. Regional Alumni chapter invites you to celebrate 4/7 day with fellow D.C.-area Sagehens with a day of service! We’ll be cleaning up trash in Rock Creek Park, honoring this year’s 4/7 day theme of sustainability and environmentalism.

Sunday, April 7, 2024 | 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. |⁠ Huntington Beach Central Park

Bring your binoculars and join your fellow Sagehens for our guided bird-watching tour of the Huntington Beach Central Park! This tour of a top birding locale in Orange County will be led by Teodelina Martelli ’24

Saturday, April 13, 2024 | 10 a.m. –⁠ 12:30 p.m. | Jose Ortega Elementary School

Join other Sagehens for a morning of volunteering as we transplant and weed at the community garden areas around the school campus. In addition to volunteering, it’s a great opportunity to meet other Sagehens in the Bay Area. Families and children are welcome!

Join the Chicago Regional Alumni Chapter in our 4/7 Day Celebration of Sagehen Impact! In honor of this year's theme of sustainability, we'll be meeting to clean up a local Chicago Public Park.

Please join your fellow Sagehens celebrating 4/7 Day! Gather with new Sagehen friends on Governors Island and serve together to help restore the oyster population in the New York Harbor. Learn more about the Billion Oyster Project.
