Emeritus Professor of Japanese Stanleigh Jones has died at 92.

Thomas Aguilar '27 and Ricardo Camacho '27 became friends when they were both in the Pomona College Academy for Youth Success (PAYS) program. Now they are first-year students and roommates at Pomona College.

Margaret (“Peggy”) Dornish, emerita professor of religious studies, died in San Marcos, California, on December 27 at the age of 89. 

Hudson Colletti '27 was classically trained at a young age and fell hard for the piano. The Pomona first-year student has since given others in his home state of Pennsylvania a chance to fall in love with the ivories too.

Zoë Batterman ’24, a mathematics major, has been awarded the prestigious Churchill Scholarship.
