Students are encouraged to reach out for an appointment to discuss their own substance use or find ways to support a friend who may be displaying behaviors of concern. The AOD Counselor’s office is in Wig Hall, a residential building on south campus. Students can call the office at (909) 607-8763 or email to Jasa Cocke.

Binge Thinking Program

Required for all first-year students.

Binge Thinking applies peer-reviewed research toward decreasing students’ alcohol use by curbing their motives and enhancing their protective behavioral strategies. Through interaction and games encouraging reflection, Binge Thinking challenges students to introspectively interrogate the ways their emotional responses to facts about consumption impair their ability to enact positive decisions.
