Is the theatre available to rent for a show or function?

What about other websites that have your tickets for sale, should they be trusted?

You will always find the legitimate lowest price ticket through the Bridges Auditorium Box Office. We are unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets which were not purchased directly through Bridges Auditorium. For this reason, and because we are unable to provide any information regarding ticket purchases to a party other than the cardholder on the order, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers.

What does “Will Call” mean?

Will Call means that your tickets will be held at the theatre and can be picked up before the performance at the Will Call window, located at the Box Office.

How early should I arrive for a show?

Our Box Office opens 2 hours before show time on performance days. Theatre seating usually begins 30-45 minutes before show time.

Does the theatre have a dress code?

There is no set dress code for the theatre, but most patrons dress business casual.

Where is the closest ATM?

It is located just on the west side of Smith Campus Center patio area.

Where is the closest food availability?

Coop Fountain or Store located at Smith Campus Center; otherwise, the Claremont Village has a variety of eateries and is located a couple of blocks west of the Auditorium.

What is your wheelchair accessibility?

There is a ramp located at the northwest corner of the building. Our main floor is fully wheelchair accessible, and there is an elevator for accessibility to restrooms on our lower floor. We also offer hearing assistance devices at the box office.

What is your camera policy?

Contract agreements with the artists generally prohibit the use of cameras, video and other recording devices during a performance, unless special permission is obtained.

What if I am late?

To ensure a distraction-free performance for both the artists and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Lost Items

Lost and found items may be reported and claimed at the Box Office. Following an event, please contact the Box Office (909) 607-1139 to inquire about any lost items.

Children

Young people are always welcome. However, some performances require an adult attention span or are not appropriate for all ages. Please be considerate of both your young ones and other guests by excusing yourself with your child if they become disruptive during a performance. Municipal Fire Codes and College Policies require all audience members (even those of lap-sitting size) to have a ticket.

Free Parking

Free parking is available in the South Campus Parking Structure located at 295 E. First St. (First and Columbia). It is a 2-level parking structure; to enter the 2nd level, exit the east end of the 1st level, go left and enter 2nd level at NE corner of parking structure. There are restrooms located on the 2nd level.

Cell Phones and Cameras

Cell phones should be turned off during any performance. Taking photographs and the use of recording devices are not allowed and are a violation of state and federal copyright laws. Cameras or any type of recording devices will be confiscated.
