Payment Methods

Pomona College offers a variety of payment options to offer students a secure and seamless way to pay for tuition and fees. Please select the method that works best for you. Please note credit card or debit card payments are not accepted.

CASHNet - ACH Payments (Highly Recommended)

Login Instructions for Students

• Log in at my.pomona.edu
• Look for "$ Finances" widget on Dashboard
• Click on "My Student Account"
• Click on “Go to CASHNet.”

To make a payment

1. Click on “Make a Payment”.
2. Type in the amount you would like to pay or select from dropdown and click Checkout.
3. Select your Payment Method (Bank Account, 529 Savings Plan, or **International Payment), continue, follow payment instructions, and complete.
4. Once payment is complete, you will receive a receipt confirmation.

**If paying using the International Payment please note your payment will show as pending until the payment has cleared.

Log in Instructions for Parents and other authorized users

Log in to Transact at https://commerce.cashnet.com/pomonapay using the username and password provided to you by email.

To make a payment

1. Click on “Make a Payment”.
2. Type in the amount you would like to pay or select from dropdown and click Checkout.
3. Select your Payment Method (Bank Account, 529 Savings Plan, or **International Payment), continue, follow payment instructions, and complete.
4. Once payment is complete you will receive a receipt confirmation.

**If paying using the International Payment please note your payment will show as pending until the payment has cleared.

Guest Login for Student Payments

CASHNet Guest Login: Click on "Pay as a guest" then you must enter the student’s last name and student ID number. (Note: you will not see a balance as a guest)

Returned Payments

Please note a $25 fee will be assessed for a payment that is returned for any reason including, but not limited to, insufficient funds, an invalid account number, and no account/unable to locate.

529 Payments

529 payments typically take 2-3 weeks to receive the payment, so plan accordingly. Contact your plan administrator directly to choose the best option to remit payments. You can mail it either regular mail or overnight mail (see Check Payments). The student’s name and ID must be included with payment.

529 payments may be submitted through CASHNet as well. Log in to CASHNet, select “Make a Payment”, enter amount, then Checkout in order to select the “529 Savings Plan”. All payments are charged a $10.00 service fee.
