February 2, 2018 - Data warehouse server with network issues

The server function has been restored. Earlier condition: Public reports powered by DW1 databases are unavailable, 50+ integrations that run daily will be delayed until restored

January 29, 2018 - Email impacted by generator outage

11:27 a.m. Email is now functioning.  It can be expected to be slow while the servers start queuing the backed up email.

7:00 a.m. Due to the generator issues experienced this morning on south campus, we are experiencing an email/Exchange interruption. ITS is working to resolve it. Crews are working to rectify the power problems and, once they are resolved, the email issues will be addressed.  There is currently no estimated time for resolution.

December 2, 2017 - Inbound Email Investigation 

The issue with inbound email has been resolved but we are still investigating the status of emails sent during the period in question which is roughly since yesterday afternoon around 3:25 until around noon today. It is not clear yet whether they queued up and slowly coming in or not.

November 20, 2017 - Webmail Issues

October 20, 2017 - Email Issues

Mac Outlook Clients cannot receive or send email. Webmail users regardless of platform are getting server configuration errors.

Email issues resolved. One of the email servers was generally unavailable. It had runaway processes that were consuming all the CPU. and stopping communication. Root cause still under investigation.
