Medical, Dental and Vision Health Plans

The College offers eligible employees health programs that provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits to employees, their dependents, the employee’s domestic partner, and the eligible dependents of the employee’s domestic partner. Pomona shares costs with the employee by providing employer contributions to the plan premiums. If employees choose to participate, their monthly premiums will be deducted from their paycheck on a month-to-month, pre-tax basis.

The benefits guide will provide an overview of the different insurance plans, including:

  • HMO
  • HSA
  • Dental DHMO and DPPO
  • Vision

Other Health-Related Benefits

Along with the medical, dental, and vision insurance, employees have additional benefits related to the health and well-being of themselves, their spouse, dependents, domestic partner, and eligible dependents of their domestic partner. Each can be explained further by referring to the benefits guide or as indicated in the list below. These include, but are not limited to:
