Pomona College offers a flexible benefits program, which allows employees to make individual benefits selections based on personal needs. Employees will have the opportunity to make benefits selections each year at Open Enrollment. Eligibility for this program is full-time and part-time regular employment, scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week.
