Congratulations Seniors, and FAQ about digital access after graduation

Information Technology Services is so excited to congratulate you and send you our very best wishes! We're thrilled to have been a part of your Pomona journey, and we want to inform you of upcoming changes to digital services after graduation.

Please make sure you are aware of the following:

  1. Email Accounts: Your Pomona MyMail account, a valuable connection to your alma mater, is yours to keep as an Alumnus/a. The web interface is: http://mymail.pomona.edu
  2. Email Addresses: LoginID@mymail.pomona.edu will remain with you as an alum. If you have any other email aliases, they will be removed on July 1.
  3. Office Tools: Your account access to Word, Excel, etc., will convert to an online version only on July 1.
  4. OneDrive: Your account will lose access on July 1 if items are stored in OneDrive or SharePoint.
  5. Box Account: If you have created a Pomona Box account, it will automatically convert to a personal Box account and be subject to the terms of service for a personal account. The disk quota will be reduced from unlimited to 5GB, and additional allocation will be available for purchase through Box.com.
  6. Slack: Access will be removed on July 1.
  7. DUO: This will also be removed from your account on July 1.
  8. Zoom: access will be removed on July 1.
  9. LinkedIn Learning and other miscellaneous access to software will be removed from your account on July 1.
  10. Alumni Portal: Your Pomona login ID and password will give you access to the Alumni Portal at http://my.pomona.edu. The Alumni Portal will allow you to access unofficial transcripts and request Official Transcripts.
  11. MyPassword: This tool provides self-service access to change your Pomona email and portal passwords if you forget them. The MyPassword password manager is located at http://mypassword.pomona.edu.

If you have any questions about any of this, please give our Service Desk a call at (909) 621-8061 or email us at servicedesk@pomona.edu. We are here to support you in this transition, and we wish you the very best in your next chapter. Chirp, Chirp!
