Spring 2021

The Office of Study Abroad is currently advising students interested in studying abroad in Spring 2021. For more information, please visit Coronavirus Academics FAQ

The Office of Study Abroad encourages all students to schedule an advising session with the Director or Assistant Director of Study Abroad. Our office provides students with tools that will help narrow down choices and help them determine which program best suits their academic goals.  In addition to regular student advising appointments, open advising days are available for walk-in hours listed above.

Prior to your appointment, we ask students to fill out a Study Abroad Advising Form.  Before coming in, please follow these steps to fill out an advising form:

  1. View the full list of approved programs.
    1. To search with parameters, visit our Program Search Tool.
      1. Petition Programs can be located by typing in “petition” to the Program Search bar.
  2. Select a program to visit the program brochure page. In the upper right-hand corner, click the “Request Advising” button.
  3. This will immediately take you to a login page, where you will enter your Pomona ID # and password. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to fill out the Study Abroad Advising Form.

Once you have completed the Study Abroad Advising Form, please email with your weekly availability.  We will schedule an advising session for you to discuss the application process and answer any questions you may have.

The Office of Study Abroad requires students to schedule an advising session for certain programs (see list below).
