Pomona College has two primary policies that are used to address reports of sexual misconduct. The TCC Interim Policy on Title IX, Other Sex-Based Misconduct, and Retaliation is used to address matters that only involve students, while the Pomona College Sexual Harassment policy is used for matters that involve faculty and staff, and possibly students.
