Do I need to register to attend?
Yes, the event is open to all members of the Sagehen community; however, guests will need to register to attend. A small number of registrations will be available for walk-up guests.
Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to attend the event. If you are able, we hope you will consider making a donation to Pomona College’s Annual Fund.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, guests and families are welcome with registration. Please refer to your invitation or registration information for details.
What should I wear?
Please refer to your invitation or registration information for more details on dress code. Please dress appropriately for the weather as event will take place outdoors.
Where should I park?
Please park in the main parking structure at 295 E. First Street. For ADA parking locations, please email the Office of College Events .
Will there be shuttles from the recommended hotels?
Currently, only the Claremont Doubletree will be offering shuttle service to campus. The pickup location is the corner of North College Way and East 4th Street. A schedule will be provided at Check-In.
For all other hotels, please check in with your hotel’s concierge desk to see what services they offer.
What is the schedule for the day?
Registrants can look for an email from Pomona College with additional information the week before the event. An app will be available for download that includes the day’s schedule.
Are the events accessible?
Pomona College is committed to making events accessible to all attendees. Accessibility information and accommodation request details will be included with event materials and registration information. Please contact events@pomona.edu if we may assist you with any accessibility needs.
Will photography and video recording take place?
Yes. Photography and videography may take place and may be used in future College communications and promotional materials.
I can't attend in person. Are there other ways to participate?
Additional opportunities to engage, including digital content and future events, will be shared in future communications.
