Get Involved with CARES

The CARES Office also provides primary prevention and education across the Pomona College campus. We work to intervene prior to violence occurring by discussing healthy relationships and challenging societal norms. We take an intersectional approach, recognizing the challenges and barriers created by systems of oppression.

The CARES team can provide educational workshops that are interactive and relatable to our campus community. Whether you are the leader of a student organization, captain of an athletic team, or part of a department that is looking to learn more, the CARES team can work with you to tailor a presentation to your needs. We require a 3 week notice to ensure the presentation encompasses the group’s needs.
