Welcome to Our Diamond Reunion
We hope you’re making plans to join us online at the virtual Reunion Celebration event April 30 and May 1. In addition to our enthusiasm for reunion planning and the many events and activities we can look forward to on the virtual Pomona campus, we are also hoping to build a generous Diamond Reunion Gift. Submit Your Bios
Your fellow Diamond Sagehens would love to hear what you’ve been up to! Craft and submit your bio by April 9 to participate. Our bios will be compiled and shared in our virtual Diamond Class Lounge during the online Reunion Celebration event.
Bios should be:
- Maximum 500 words
- Submitted on a Word doc (if possible)
- Emailed to Shannon Spaccarotelli no later than April 9

How do I get into the reunion?
A: Login HERE on April 30th and May 1st.
Please note: You will only need the email address that you used to register to log in. No password is needed.
How do I find the Ray Neutra session?
The “Stroll Down Memory Lane” session hosted by Ray Neutra, will be held on Sat., May 1 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am PDT, and can be accessed via this Zoom link.
How do I find the “Class of 1946 Meetup”?
The Class of 1946 Meetup will be held on Sat., May 1 from 12 pm to 1:30 pm PDT, and can be accessed via this Zoom link.
Is there a phone number I can call if I’m “stuck outside”? Who should I contact for technical support?
If you are having trouble accessing the virtual Reunion platform, please reach out to email@example.com or call 888-SAGEHEN. If you experience any issues while in the platform, please use the “Help Desk” link.
Can I “meet up” with just a couple of friends? If so, how?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to join your friends in breakout rooms during your class-specific events. Simply let your Staff Liaison know that you wish to join a breakout room and he or she will assist you.
Will there be closed captioning?
Yes. Your Staff Liaison will ensure that closed captioning is enabled during your class events in Zoom.
Where will I find the biographies?
Here is a link to the Class of 1961 alumni biographies. All bios submitted prior to the deadline will also be available to view and download within your Class Lounge during the Reunion Celebration.
Can I use a different email address than the one I registered with if I give the same name?
No. You must use the same email address that you used to register with.
Do I need a password or is my email address enough?
No, you do not need a password to access the Reunion Celebration. Your email address is all you will need. It is important to note that you must use the same email address that you used to registered with.
Can I get access to my classmates' phone numbers or email addresses on file with the College and, if so, how?
Due to privacy protection, the College cannot release personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses. If you see classmates at Reunion that you want to stay in touch with, make sure to ask them for this information.
What is a “breakout room”?
Within Zoom, breakout rooms can be created to allow participants to gather in separate sessions or “rooms” within a Zoom meeting. The meeting host can choose to
split the participants of the meeting into separate sessions automatically or manually, or they can allow participants to select and enter breakout sessions as they please.
How do I get to a breakout room?
Your host and/or Staff Liaison can assist you with getting to a breakout room. If you need assistance, he or she will be glad to help you.
If I have a speech problem, can I type what I want to say?
Yes. You may use the “Chat” function within Zoom to type what you would like to say.
Can I listen without being seen?
Yes. To turn off your video in Zoom, click the “Stop Video” button on the toolbar near the bottom-left corner of the Zoom call window.

Can I submit my photo separate from my biography?
Yes; however, it is best to submit them together. If sent separately, please notify recipient so that he or she may match them up for you.
