Pomona College complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended, and other applicable state and federal law prohibiting discrimination against individuals with disabilities. The Accessibility Resources and Services (ARS) in the Dean of Students office is committed to providing equal access and reasonable accommodations, where appropriate, for qualified disabled students. The College will continue to develop and coordinate policies and procedures, provide services, and insure access to academic programs, activities, and facilities.

Pomona College recognizes that accommodations may be required in order to assist individuals in maximizing their educational experience. While the college provides reasonable accommodations, we do not change essential academic requirements. Accommodation determinations are based on documentation and individualized needs assessment.
