Admissions Special Events & Presentations
Choosing a college means choosing a community, finding your people, meeting those who will open your eyes to new ideas, support your ambitions or include you in once-in-a-lifetime adventures. Is Pomona the right community for you? Why not meet some of our students to see if you can imagine yourself as a Sagehen. Hens@Home Zoom chats let you hear about our Sagehens' majors, favorite classes, research & internship opportunities, resources for BIPOC and first-generation students, and places to go on the weekend. Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the full hour!
Hens@Home: Research, Internships & Outcomes
The majority of Pomona students do research with faculty and experience more than one internship during their college years. How do they access these opportunities? Is there funding for unpaid internships? (Short answer: yes!) Hear more about research, internships and how Pomona students leverage our resources after graduation to reach their goals.
Hens@Home: Social Life in SoCal
We love our SoCal location: the city of L.A., beaches, mountains and deserts are all within an hour of campus. Whether you love live music or rock climbing, you can find your joy in our SoCal location. Hear more about transportation options, college-sponsored outings (Ski Beach Day, anyone?) and what students really do on the weekends.
Hens@Home: The Claremont Consortium
What's better than life at a small liberal arts college? Life at The Claremont Colleges, where you have your own tight-knit community but can also venture across the street to four other colleges for classes, club meetings, meals and social life. The Claremont Consortium is unique in its structure: let our students explain!
