A Look at Move-In Day 2019

Learn all about Pomona’s academic personality, preparation for careers and campus life at a virtual information session. Open to students and families, information sessions cover a wide range of topics to help students as they carry out their college search, including applying for admissions and financial aid at Pomona. An admissions officer will present about our liberal arts philosophy, our curriculum, the Claremont Colleges consortium, the student body and opportunities outside of the classroom. Questions you ask in a chat box will be answered in the same chat box or on screen by the presenter—feel free to attend in your comfy clothes (you won’t appear on screen) and attend all or part of the session. (60 minutes)

You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers! Sign up for an online Q&A, a great way to get your questions answered about application requirements, dining hall food or the hottest thesis topics. Feeling tongue-tied?  Check in just to learn from others' questions. Both admissions officers and students conduct Q&As, so register for whichever one appeals to you, and don’t worry about your hair. You won’t appear on camera. (50 minutes)

One-on-one live, virtual appointments are available so that you can ask either an admissions officer or a current student your very own questions. Appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes, so have your questions ready and your camera on! (15 minutes)
