Robert E. “Bob” Tranquada ’51, former chair of the Pomona College Board of Trustees and former dean of the medical school at USC, passed away Sunday, December 4. He was 92.

Hugo Martín ’87 is a business writer who covers the travel industries, including airlines and theme parks, for the Los Angeles Times. He was part of the Metro staff that won three Pulitzer Prizes.
